• Drawing up and negotiating service contracts and Service Level Agreements, for instance with service providers
   

• Advice in legal questions relating to Big Data, IoT projects, blockchain, artificial intelligence with recommendations regarding the drafting of contracts
   

• We support work council members and employers in preparing works agreements relating to IT and Compliance
   

• We support the Compliance department when introducing whistleblower systems, in which we act as ombudsman for whistleblowers
   

• We are familiar with European IT and data protection law, are able to have correspondence and negotiate in English, French, Spanish and Italian and can even help in Turkish and Portuguese.
